Items that can be Returned
We are giving the facility of return service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications. the customer has a right to return it easily within the provided time limit and:
• The product that is being returned by the customer must be complete and intact.
• There should not be utilization of received product which is being returned.
• Item packaging should be unblemished and intact.



Procedure for Return & Exchange
For exchanging or returning any of your purchased item please email at info@zabihahalal.pk, our customer care representative will get back to you within next 12-24hours on working days (Monday to Friday). Zabiha Halal will cover the return shipment charges by picking the goods up from your given address through courier and in case if you have to pay the return fee than you will get the refund or the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Please note that we do not accept the returns for those products that are not purchased through Zabiha Halal Industries.

-Return of Qurbani Meat is practically not possible due to limited time as we perform Qurbani on behalf of our customers and try our best to fulfil this religious obligation as per shariah and best management practices. in any case a customer will not be satisfied with the Qurbani Meat delivery Zabiha Halal Meat Industries will compensate the customer as per company policy to ensure best Qurbani Service by us.

Zabiha Halal Meat Industries offer Qurbani Service Meat Home delivery for all over Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Karachi. The delivery is made directly to customers from our respective logistic partners.
